Rohan Corporation's 'Bellissima' inaugurated at Mallikatta

‘Bellissima’, the 13th apartment complex by Rohan Corporation, was inaugurated at Mallikatta here on Wednesday April 30.

The visitors were impressed by the manner in which the aesthetics of the building and its architecture blend in with the picturesque Mallikatta environment.

Earlier, during the formal programme, Fr Ravi Santhosh Kamat recited Latin prayers and Sanskrit ‘shlokas’.

Addressing the gathering, Dakshina Kannada MP Nalin Kumar Kateel lauded the commitment of Rohan Monteiro in unveiling the 13th apartment on time. He said that he saw a finesse in Monteiro that would make him emerge as a leading businessman of national fame. Kateel urged him to work hard and construct more apartments across the nation to benefit people. “One should construct customer-friendly buildings to enable people to purchase flats at a reasonable cost,” he said.

MLA J R Lobo, observing the growth of the city, said, “Visitors to Mangalore are surprised to know the population of the place and the pace at which the city is growing. They think the city accommodates more people because it houses many apartments.” Reiterating the words of Kateel, he said that Rohan would reach greater heights as he is passionate about his work and wished him good luck in his upcoming projects.

Chief guests formally inaugurated the apartment by cutting the ribbon, while Fr Kamat lit the lamp. On the occasion, people involved with the project were felicitated.

The apartment houses amenities such as a roof top area, swimming pool, fitness center, spacious visitor’s lounge, fire fighting system, intercom, and elevators.

Suresh Kumar, architect of SKS Associates, and Anil Hegde of Structural Consultancy, were felicitated on the occasion.Sahil Zaheer from Platform Productions compered the programme. Rudolph D'Souza proposed vote of thanks.
