On January 14, we proudly marked 32 years of Rohan Corporation in Mangaluru. What started as one man’s vision in 1994 has become a legacy written across this city’s skyline. Founded by Rohan Monteiro, we have grown steadily into one of the city’s most respected real estate developers, earning the trust of homeowners, partners, and the city alike.

We’ve completed 25 projects across Mangaluru. Each one represents families who trusted us with their dreams, their savings, their futures. We have 12 projects currently under construction and 16 more in the pipeline.
