The event began with a solemn blessing from Fr Bonaventure Nazareth, Parish Priest of Milagres Church, invoking peace and prosperity upon the site. We were honored by the presence of distinguished guests who have long supported our journey. Dr. MN Rajendra Kumar, President of SCDCC Bank, officially unveiled the project brochure. MLC Ivan D’Souza drew a powerful comparison, referring to our Chairman, Dr. Rohan Monteiro, as “the Virat Kohli of real estate,” recognizing his pioneering contributions.
