The inaugural of Catalonia-II residential apartments was held on a grand scale at Kulshekar in the city on Friday March 21.
Rohan Monteiro welcomed the guests. Floral welcome was extended to the guests present on the occasion.
Charles Noronha, land owner, inaugurated the residential apartments, while Fr Santhosh Kamath and Fr Joachim Fernandes blessed the occasion.
Fr Santhosh Kamath, speaking after the inaugural, said that owners of all the apartments were collectively conducting house warming ceremony in this apartment. He hailed Rohan Monteiro as a person with vision, who has grown over the years by providing the needs of the people, and eventually creating a benchmark in the area of constructing comfortable homes.
Titus Noronha of Rahul Advertisers, Louis Lobo of Paramount Builders, Prescilla Monteiro, mother of Rohan, as well as a number of other guests and dignitaries were present on the occasion.
Suresh Kumar, architect of SKS Associates, Sharath Soans, contractor, Anil Hegde of Structural Consultancy, and site engineer, Anish, were felicitated on the occasion.
Sahil Zaheer from Platform Productions compered the programme. Rudolph D’Souza proposed vote of thanks.
