The foundation stone laying ceremony of the project ‘Ventura’, a new residential and commercial apartments by Property Infra Tech India Private Limited was held here at Bejai Main Road, Kambla Cross junction on Friday January 18.
‘Ventura’ is the venture of Rohan Corporation and Global Star Realters (P) Limited is the co-promoter.
Oscar Fernandes, Rajya Sabha MP was the chief guest of the occasion. He also unveiled the brochure on the occasion along with other dignitaries.

The eight storied building will be used as a commercial space in the ground floor. Ventura offers 1, 2, 3 BHK apartments, being located close to most of the public utility places like educational institutions, bus terminus, markets, religious places, shopping mall and others.
