A gorgeous landmark has come up at Ladyhill in the city with Rohan Corporation unveiling its residential apartment complex ‘Hill Crest’ on Thursday May 8. With this, Rohan Monteiro has successfully completed his 14th project, of 20 projects on the anvil.
Prior to the formal function, Fr Santosh Kamath invoked the blessings of God, chanting Sanskrit ‘Shlokas’ and reading a few lines from the Gospel. He appreciated Monteiro for building such a beautiful apartment at Ladyhill.
Addressing the gathering, P Jayaram Bhat, chairman and managing director of Karnataka Bank, who earlier cut the ribbon, said, “Karnataka Bank is privileged to have Rohan Monteiro as its customer. He has been serving the needs of the people and catering to their expectations. Hence, I can say that Karnataka Bank has its stake in his service.”
“The architecture of the apartment is beautifully crafted to perfection and has now become the cynosures of all eyes,” he said also appreciating the meeting of deadlines as far as projects are concerned. Terming Hill Crest ‘the crystal of Ladyhill’, Bhat wished Monteiro good luck in his projects in the pipeline.
Recalling the very first office inaugural function of Monteiro, district-in-charge minister Ramanath Rai said, “The memories of me inaugurating his first office are still fresh in my mind. This boy from my constituency has grown at many levels now. I have been observing his graph of life at each level and it makes me content to see him rise.” He lauded the picturesque design of the building and said that this was a beautiful apartment when compared to many others that have come up over a decade.
On the occasion, all those involved in the construction were felicitated by the guests. Many amenities such as swimming pool and health club were inaugurated. Former MUDA president Suresh Ballal, corporator Shashidhar, Pushparaj Jain, and KPCC general secretary Ivan D’Souza were present.
