‘Exotica’, a luxury residential apartment complex promoted by the city-based Property Infra Tech India Pvt Ltd by the side of Balmatta-Bendore Road, was inaugurated on the morning of Wednesday June 5.
Senior Congress leader, Suresh Ballal, former Mangalore mayor, Shashidhar Hegde, president of South Canara District Central Cooperative Bank, M N Rajendra Kumar, city corporator, Naveen D’Souza, Congress leader Ivan D’Souza, Harikrishna Bantwal, Ron Rodrigues from London, as well as owners of Rohan Corporation, Rohan Monteiro and Lavita Monteiro, joined together in lighting the lamp to signify inauguration of the complex.
Fr Santhosh Kamath of Fathima Retreat House blessed the building. On behalf of the dignitaries present on the dais, Harikrishna Bantwal addressed the gathering.
Chief executive officer of Rohan Corporation, Rudolf D’Souza, provided a glimpse on the highlights about this complex and other projects executed by the builders.
On this occasion, Suresh Kumar of SK Associates, who is the architect of this complex, main contractor, Mahabala M, structural engineer, Anil Hegde, and CEO, Rudolf D’Souza, were felicitated by Rohan Monteiro.
