‘Bianca’, a residential apartment designed for comfort, a project of Rohan Corporation, was inaugurated at Bejai here on Saturday June 14. This is the 14th completed project to be inaugurated in a span of 18 months after Rohan Corporation laid foundation for its 20 projects.
Fr Ravi Santhosh Kamat invoked the blessings after which a formal inauguration was held, with dignitaries lighting the lamp.
Addressing the gathering J R Lobo, MLA Mangalore South said he was stunned at the speed maintained by Rohan Monteiro, MD of Rohan Corporation, in constructing buildings in a short span of time. “The apartments enhance the city’s beauty and the structures built by Rohan Corporation have realized people’s dream of better living,” he said.
“The growth in the real estate sector pushes the pace of development of the locality. The city in recent days has been witnessing rapid emergence of buildings, which is a good sign,” he added.
President of SCDCC Bank Rajendra Kumar lauded the team of Rohan Corporation in building the apartment at great pace, in other words within the stipulated time. He wished Rohan Monteiro good luck and success in all his endeavours.
On the occasion people involved in the construction of the apartment were feted.
